InsiderEdge provides tools for analyzing SEC Form 4 insider trading filings, including signal scanning, conviction scoring, multi-factor validation, backtesting, and alerting. We aggregate publicly available data from SEC EDGAR and third-party data providers.

4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration and promptly update any changes.

You may not: (a) use the platform for any illegal purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute our proprietary scoring algorithms; (c) share account access with unauthorized parties; (d) interfere with platform operations or security.
6. Limitation of Liability
InsiderEdge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
